Custom Wood Finishes
To fully customize your order, you can provide a wood sample or paint chip for custom finishes. Custom finishes require additional development time and a flat-rate development fee per order.

Please note that orders with custom finishes typically take two to four weeks longer for manufacturing.
Custom Finishes Guidelines
To ensure that your custom orders are processed and produced properly, please review the following important information carefully.
What We Need from You:
You can supply either a wood sample or a paint chip as your colour reference. The sample should be clean and large enough for our team to accurately read the tone. Please include your order number when shipping your sample so we can match it to your account.
Custom-colour development adds time to your order. Our team needs to formulate and test the finish before production begins. You'll be notified of your updated estimated lead time once your colour reference is received and reviewed.
A flat development fee applies to each custom-colour order, regardless of the number of pieces. This covers the cost of colour matching and finish formulation. The fee is charged once per order, not per item.
If you'd like to approve a finished sample before full production begins, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Sample approval is optional.
