Vogel guarantees frames and springs for the life of the product. If these components do not perform as expected under normal use and circumstances, as determined by the manufacturer, they will be repaired or replaced at no charge once our staff has determined liability. Vogel offers a five-year warranty on seat cores.

All motion-model mechanisms are fully guaranteed for five years under normal use and care as determined by the manufacturer.

When selecting textiles for our upholstery line, we only choose fabrics and leather that meet stringent industry standards. Many upholstery fabrics have inherent characteristics, such as colour variation, slubs, etc., that contribute to their uniqueness and should not be considered flaws. Our luxurious leathers are natural materials, often including some of nature’s signatures, such as healed scars, blemishes, etc. As with some of our fabrics, these inherent characteristics are not to be considered flaws. Vogel cannot warrant nor assume responsibility for the overall performance and/or wearing qualities of any fabric or leather, as our suppliers do not warrant them. Vogel will not be responsible for fabric that has been treated with a stain-repellent finish by the customer. Our ability to perform post-purchase adjustments will depend on our fabric suppliers’ willingness to stand behind their products. This warranty is applicable only to fabric or leather supplied by Vogel, and post-purchase treatment of any kind renders this warranty null and void.

Original proof of purchase must be retained to make a claim. All claims must be handled through the Vogel dealer/designer from whom you purchased; they will handle all necessary arrangements regarding service under the warranty. Freight costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We recommend that upholstery materials be vacuumed periodically; professional dry cleaning is advised when required. Direct sunlight should be avoided as it can cause the original appearance of fabrics and leather to fade. Loose seat cushions and back pillows should be reversed frequently to prolong their life and appearance. Most leathers may be cleaned with lukewarm water and a damp cloth. Our warranty promises you, the original purchaser, that the piece of Vogel furniture you have received will be free against defects in manufacturing when put to ordinary use. Any use other than everyday residential use and/or any use other than that for which the product was designed will render this warranty null and void. This warranty does not cover damage or injury caused by unreasonable use and/or abuse, failure to provide reasonable care, accident, alteration, tampering, or negligence.
