  • Trade and designer program information: business name, business contact, tax ID / HST number, and related credentials submitted to apply for or use trade accounts.

  • Communications: messages you send through our contact form, email, or customer support channels.

 

Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and similar diagnostics.
