The Foundation of Quality Canadian Furnishings
Materials
01
The Frame
Kiln-dried hardwood (birch and maple) combined with engineered plywood. Every joint screwed, glued, and stapled. No particle board. No compromises on structural integrity.

It's a frame built to outlast the trends around it, which is why we back it with a lifetime warranty. When a customer asks how long it will last, you'll have an answer.
02
The Foam
Our Endura foam starts at a minimum 2.5 lb density, the industry threshold where a seat cushion stops compressing over time and starts holding its shape through years of regular use.

This is our baseline. Not a premium tier, not an upsell. Every piece that leaves our Toronto facility meets this standard.
03
The Suspension
Where the frame allows, we use springs. It's a higher level of support than webbing; more responsive, more durable, better at holding its shape under regular use. We engineer the suspension for the piece. Our priority is to use springs where possible, but when the frame has limitations, we use webbing.
The goal is the same either way: support that's right for that specific piece, not a one-size solution applied across the line.
Brought together by hand, by canadians
Our team of Canadian craftsmen in Toronto brings your pieces together so that nothing is wasted or missing. The frame, the suspension, the foam, the tailoring: each one chosen deliberately, each one building on the last.

What arrives at your door is the complete picture. A benchmade piece built from the inside out, by people who've spent decades learning how these elements work together, and who care enough to get it right every time.

That's what quality furniture feels like. That's what Vogel's legacy is.
